Training in general requires a specific type of person who can communicate what they are trying to teach into ways the trainee will understand and apply it. It's okay to be really good at something but have a hard time being able to relay that to someone else to use for their own skill but we need to be encouraging, and not let our self confidence and skill put others down in the process.
