We are Nigel and Jessica Haughton the makers of Nigel’s Jamaican almond oil.
Almond oil has been used for centuries and has uses from cooking to skin care. Nigel's Jamaican almond oil is cold pressed,is of premium quality. We use no additives or preservatives. After harvesting the Jamaican almonds are dried in the shell for 14-21 days. Once dried we hand crack,hand shell,and cold-press the almonds with a press invented by Nigel himself. At the time of this writing there are no motorized mechanics involved in our process.
Almond oil is one of the most known ingredients in many beauty products.Researchers say you can look up to 5 years younger by using almond oil regularly. It's the vitamin E that provides the super moisture in the skin. Because the molecules in the Jamaican almonds are smaller than the molecules in our skin,its allowed to sink right in and avoiding any clogging of the pours.
Scientific studies have also shown that almond oil reduces wrinkles,restores skin damaged by burns or cuts,as well as removes dark circles from under the eyes. There is so many more reasons we are nuts for Jamaican almonds.
