Happy 33rd Anniversary to Bridget and Raul! Surprised them with this cake. It’s a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and strawberry purée for the filling. Frosted with vanilla buttercream topped with a chocolate ganache and strawberry roses sitting on swirls of more chocolate buttercream😋🌹

This cake had me struggling to complete the concept fully. It started out with a full heart in the top but it looks like it was bleeding now melting😬 I spoke to my brother about it and he gave the idea to cut it down and it’s much better😊

It’s been a while but I’m back!! I just love Valentine’s Day! I had this idea for a while now with the quilted look and it came a lot better than expected. I didn’t use a template or anything, these line are hand drawn on so they’re a little crooked. But I’m in love😍

I’m early for but I’m just in love with how much my piping in my boarders has gotten better from my last attempt. Find time to practice between already working full time and going to college is difficult but finals are next week so my time will free up some more!

Here’s comes Christmas Cakes!! This is my version of the Wilton 1m tree collaboration. I had this idea since the 1M pumpkins to try and turn it into a tree! This is just a standard vanilla cake with buttercream frosting!

My first official birthday cake! This is what you get when your dad calls you in the morning and goes “Hey can you quickly make Grandma a birthday cake?”😨 I had more plans already so he quickly threw together a boxed cake from the store and I came in and decorated it in 1 hour! That includes refrigerating times. It was stressful and a struggle but I got it done! It was also kind of fun because my family set it up like a contestant bake off show with all their commentary😂😂 Anyways, Happy 80th Grandma!

Another one of my cupcake Christmas trees🎄😊 More of a traditional look on this one. I sprinkled powder sugar on them to create snow and now that I’m posting the photo I’m realizing it all melted into the frosting while I was waiting to take pictures and forgot about it when taking the photos🙄
