Studies show forgiveness reduces stress, anxiety, and depression, while bitterness increases cortisol and heart disease risk.
Forgiveness isn’t excusing the offense it’s releasing the emotional grip it has on you.
Releasing resentment literally rewires neural pathways, creating emotional freedom and resilience.

Jesus modeled forgiveness from the cross. “Father, forgive them” (Luke 23:34). When we forgive, we step into His likeness most clearly🙏🏻

Surrender is the capacity to come to a place where you say God I will allow You to bless me however You want too w/out imposing my agenda on You 🤗🙌🏻

Ministerial jealousy veiled as spiritual concern for the church that manifests in unnecessary attacks on other Christ exalting ministers, is not the way friend.

If you dont have the gift of healing, or prophecy, or miracles or faith etc... stop criticizing those that do and cease the throwing of shade on what they do for Christ.

The Spirit of God empowers His people with a supernatural grace that makes the impossible possible.

We have placed a premium on communication gifts and in many ways disregarded the authentic power of God. In today's mainstream church if you can "speak well" you can reach the apex of ministry.

I do not want people's faith to stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

People may argue with a sermon, but they are less likely to argue with the demonstration of God's power.

Watch what others that love you tell you. Listen to what they have tried to say to you. Watch what you try to minimize or rationalize. Look at the areas of your life that you become defensive. Empty these places on the altar to God and His watch Him deliver as only He can! Selah 🙏🏻

Only Jesus is able to calm the storm. An eagle waits for the storm to pass. A child waits for Jesus to renew it's strength 🙏🏻
