If you know me you know I have a sweet tooth so of course I had to try a new dessert for our cookout this past weekend. Strawberry Banana Pudding and it was a hit , it got so many compliments. I did go by this recipe and I added cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk to the pudding/cool whip mixture. I also mixed up crushed yellow Oreos with melted butter and a box of strawberry jello mix and put on top. 🍓🍌

This past weekend we had a memorial cookout with the family and I made cowboy beans for the first time and they turned out pretty good my husband loved them and is already asking when we can have them again lol. This is the recipe I used. If you try it let me know what you think!

If ya’ll want an easy dinner these are actually really good, flavorful and juicy. I was pretty surprised and the whole family loves them. We’ve been making them in the air fryer! They’re a lot better than the thin original ones!

Last weekend for Mother’s Day I wanted to go to my favorite store in Pigeon Forge, Three Bears General Store. They have a little bit of everything clothes, decor, food, purses, toys, jewelry, and upstairs they have all kinds of Christmas stuff. They kids even enjoyed seeing the live bears 🐻 What are your alls favorite places to visit when you go ?

So I made this recipe a couple of weeks ago and I shredded the chicken was the only difference , everyone loved it and said they thought it would be good over mashed potatoes instead of cooking the little potatoes in it so that’s what I did tonight and it was of course delicious I also did canned carrots and I added a can of peas, It’s definitely a must try!!

Hey friends it’s been awhile work and taking my boy to baseball ⚾️ has kept me pretty busy but I tried a new recipe last night that was sooo good I just have to share with you guys!!

French Onion Burgers although I switched it up a bit and served ours over mashed potatoes instead of on buns and I decided to add mushrooms.

*Put hamburger patties in a 9X13 pan and then you’re going to pour a can of French Onion soup on top of them.
*In a separate bowl pour about 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream and add a packet of Au Jus mix to it and then about 16oz of sour cream and mix that until it’s all combined and then pour on top of the patties.
*I decided to add mushrooms next but you definitely don’t have to.
*Top your patties off with cheese ( the recipe I used called for cheddar Gruyere) I couldn’t find that so I used slices of Swiss cheese
*Now you want to put it in the oven at 375 for about 25-35 minutes!!
*We served ours kinda like Salisbury steak with mashed potatoes since it makes a gravy and I thought that would be really good.

This was such a huge hit with everyone even my picky kid so we will definitely be making this again!! If you try it tell me what you think!! And yes it doesn’t look the best but trust me it was amazing 🤩

It’s been awhile since I’ve shared anything with y’all but it’s also been a bit since I’ve gotten to go anywhere worth sharing. But yesterday we went to Clinton, Tennessee because I wanted to go to a Hammer’s store. You can usually find some really good deals on name brand items. The hubby racked up on some American Eagle jeans and Columbia shirt and we even found our boy some Under Armor shirts!!

I decided to try my hand at making a “Dirty Soda” here’s what I used. It’s pretty good tastes like dessert lol
