Potion.
Holistic wellness powered by Ayurveda. Boost your immunity naturally with our plant based solutions.
Potion is now available at Appellation Healdsburg, one of the most celebrated new luxury properties in wine country.
Co-founded by Michelin-starred chef Charlie Palmer () and luxury hospitality veteran Christopher Hunsberger, Appellation was built around a culinary-first philosophy that runs through every inch of the property. Onsite culinary gardens feed the kitchen and the cocktail program. Two signature Charlie Palmer dining experiences celebrate the agricultural bounty of Sonoma County.
Terroir Spa approaches the body with the same reverence the kitchen gives to its ingredients, copper bowls and grounding sensory rituals included.
The full Potion line found a natural home here. A property that believes what you put in your body matters, that ancient tools and time-honored practices belong in modern luxury, and that wellness is not an amenity but a philosophy. That is a language Potion has always spoken.
Only eight months since launch, Appellation Healdsburg has already been nominated for the 2026 Condé Nast Traveler Reader’s Choice Awards and welcomed into Small Luxury Hotels of the World.

Nature did not choose green by accident 🍃
It is the color of chlorophyll, the molecule responsible for converting sunlight into energy, making it the foundation of nearly all life on Earth. It is also the color your nervous system was evolutionarily wired to find safe. Environmental psychology research shows that even passive visual exposure to green lowers cortisol, reduces sympathetic activation, and triggers a physiological shift toward rest and restoration. In nature, green meant water was near, food was available, the threat had passed. Your body still carries that memory.
In Ayurveda, the green herbs that made the classical pharmacopeia share a common function: they regulate. Not stimulating, not sedating. Returning the system to its own intelligent center.
🧪 Amla carries one of the highest concentrations of Vitamin C found in any food on Earth, and unlike synthetic ascorbic acid, its form survives heat and oxidation, meaning it actually arrives intact.
🧪 Tulsi, holy basil, works on the HPA axis, the hormonal cascade that governs your stress response, gently modulating it rather than overriding it.
🧪 Giloy is called Amrita in Sanskrit. The word means immortal nectar. Modern immunology research has validated what Ayurvedic physicians observed centuries ago: it is a true immunomodulator, one that calibrates immune activity rather than simply boosting it.
The forest is not just beautiful. It is information. So is everything inside this bottle.

Your tongue is one of the fastest diagnostic tools in Ayurveda.
Each morning, the body clears metabolic residue and bacteria onto the surface of the tongue. This coating can affect breath, taste, and digestion.
Ayurveda calls this buildup ama.
Tongue scraping is a simple daily ritual that helps remove this layer, supporting a cleaner mouth and stronger digestive signaling.

Most people have never built a daily ritual around their immunity. Yet sunscreen goes on every morning without a second thought, while cleanser and moisturizer is applied every night without fail. We have entire routines devoted to what the world can see.
But what happens inside your body drives everything: your energy, your resilience, your skin, your mind, how you show up in the world. For thousands of years Ayurveda understood that nourishing from within is not a complement to your routine. It is the foundation of it. Immunity Potion is that ritual, bottled. So don’t forget to Take Your Potion 🧪

Some things are meant to be part of daily life. The warmth of sun on stone. Hands in the soil. The scent of fresh ginger and cardamom. Ancient architecture that reminds us where we came from. A slower rhythm that honors nature, ritual, and the quiet intelligence of plants and the magic that exists within each of us ✨

Did you know is an entire region in southern India named after this spice? The Cardamom Hills of Kerala, where wild cardamom has grown for millennia, handpicked at peak potency from mist-covered forests that have supplied the world’s greatest civilizations for 5,000 years.
Ancient Egyptians used it in sacred ritual. Greeks and Romans traded it as luxury. Ayurvedic physicians prescribed it for immunity, digestion, breath, and the nervous system long before modern medicine had a name for any of it.
Our cardamom is organically grown, sourced directly from Kerala, and formulated the way Ayurveda intended — alongside a concert of other carefully cultivated ingredients like black pepper, amla, ginger, turmeric, and tulsi, each herb chosen because together they are exponentially more powerful than apart.
5,000 years of healing intelligence. In every drop.
