8 WEEKS PROGRESS for lindsay.dawn_ 🙌🏻🙌🏻

167lbs ➡️ 145lbs - Lindsay has been able to achieve these insane results through his consistency and adherence to the plan since starting back with me in January. He makes my job incredibly easy as a coach because I know if I tell him to do it, it’s a done deal. Due to his consistency I’ve been able to take lindsay through two very successful cutting and reverse dieting phases with 100% success and that’s lead to her continued progress. He's currently half way through his second reverse dieting phase and it’s been nothing but lean gains since we started.

Progress takes time. You’ll fall off the wagon, you’ll have days when you are tired of it. There’ll be times when you’ll want to stop.

Put all of that aside and just show up. It doesn’t matter if that gym session felt 💩.
It doesn’t matter if that you had a bit of cake, when you weren’t meant to.

Just show up! There are days that you’re not doing it because it’ll make a huge physical difference. Sometimes it’s about the discipline.

Sometimes just ticking the boxes when you can’t be bothered is the most important thing.
