1. Morning routine

•this routine will help you set up your day to feel energized, take ownership, and to be mindful of all the tasks that need to get done for the day

2. Night Routine

•having a nighttime routine allows you to wind down from your day. to be able to close out any and all tasks, finalize loose ends, and be able to prepare for a restful nights sleep and know you are done for the day

3. Weekly Routine

•allows for an overview of the tasks that need to be accomplished. this routine sets up your week to know what needs to be done each day and won’t allow for tasks to slip through

4. Monthly Check-In

•this check-in will allow for you to see the progress toward monthly goals. check-ins are good check points for you to make sure you are on track for the tasks that need to be accomplished for the goal to be checked off

routines are essential in accomplishing goals, tasks, and creating habits that are intentional to help you successfully distribute your time and energy to what truly matters for you🤍🎉

It’s November 1st🤍

I know I am one to start getting into the holiday spirit once November hits! It’s just the best time of the year and with all this going on we all need something to life our spirits and this time of the year is the time to do it

We won’t start decorating until the day after thanksgiving but I always start watching Christmas movies and listening to Christmas music🤍
