Aging better means managing your pain holistically, rather than simply taking NSAIDS or getting shots that don’t work.
It is a fallacy to believe you can eat whatever you want just because you exercised. Especially in the early stages of your weight loss journey.

Blueberries are a Younger You Longevity superfood. Why?
They are rich sources of DNA methylation-supportive nutrients (aka epinutrients), such as anthocyanins, chlorogenic acid, ellagic acid, and quercetin.

Finding a way— even just a hot bath—to regularly boost your temperature is an easy, cheap, and rejuvenating strategy to improve your health span and address the root causes of aging.

Whole-Person holistic pain care addresses the mind, body and spirit. It addresses the root causes of muscle pain and dysfunction, depression and social isolation, nutritional deficiency, stress and sleep.
If you’re a chronic pain sufferer, NSAIDS are only a temporary solution that only addresses your symptoms, but not the underlying causes. It doesn’t solve your mental health issues, your need for healthy weight loss, physical wellness, or stress related illnesses or digestive disorders.
You need a practitioner in your life who can provide integrative health strategies that will promote drug-free pain relief, positivity, and longevity.

Holistic pain management includes personalized nutrition, massage therapy, movement, herbal medicine, sleep hygiene, and hydrotherapy. Determining the optimal balance of these treatments for your situation is the key.
Losing muscle, weight gain, degenerative joint pain as you age decreases your independence and increases depression and cognitive decline. Eat, sleep, and exercise with that in mind. Independence is essential.
