Looking polished every day has nothing to do with wearing designer labels or spending hours getting ready.
It is about intention. ✨

Here are my three everyday essentials that make all the difference:

😊 Lead with a smile. A genuine smile is the most elegant accessory you will ever wear. It is inviting, warm, and tells every person you meet that you matter to me.

👗 Wear clothing that is clean and pressed (I prefer a steamer most of the time). Nothing communicates confidence and self-respect quite like a wrinkle-free outfit. It tells the world — and yourself — that you showed up on purpose.

👜 Keep your left hand free. I always hold my bag, drink, or belongings in my left hand so my right hand is ready to greet someone with a warm, confident handshake. That one small habit changes everything about how you show up in a room.

Looking put together is really just kindness turned inward first. When you take care of how you show up, you permit others to do the same.

Influence happens at every age. Words, actions, and demeanor are powerful. Every day we influence and are influenced. As I have the privilege to spend time with our grandchildren, I see this so clearly!
