I’ve said this time again, and it’s probably not any new news to most of you, but when things appear on our faces (and where) it’s usually an indication of an imbalance and an 🆘 that something is off in our diet and stress levels. Everything we consume is interconnected to our gut and skin health regulation. Make sure to incorporate whole foods (make it colorful and crunchy like .la says). Incorporate fermented foods and probiotics. Limit sugars, starches, fried foods, refined carbs, dairy, and alcohol.
