Treat your skin like the priceless artwork that it is and support it.

🔹 Use sunscreen daily
🔹 Drink water to keep hydrated from within
🔹 Get enough sleep
🔹 Get a nice assortment of colors on your plate daily
🔹 Keep your refined sugar and alcohol intake down

Well, what’s IN your kitchen, to be accurate.

Yes, your skin is a direct reflection of what is going on inside your body - and also what is going into your body.

Want gorgeous, glowy skin?

✨ Walnuts, sunflower seeds, carrots and even dark chocolate

Acne prone skin is not dirty skin….do I need to say it louder for the people the back? 👀

3 things I see people do with acne prone skin, that actually irritate it more! 👇🏼

👉🏼 Using an abrasive cleanser or over cleansing! You don’t need to scrub your face harder, this will only lead to more inflammation!

👉🏼 Bury their frustrations in refined sugar. It’s essential that you find out what foods disagree with your body, in order to stop flare ups within the body….leading to acne.

👉🏼 Covering up with make up. As much as possible, let your skin breathe. By slapping on the make up, your adding to the blocked pores.

These three simple tips could change your whole acne journey!

Raise your hand if you want rid of that ‘dry’ feeling…especially after a few too many champagnes over the festive period! 🥂🤭

No one enjoys waking feeling dehydrated, but I see so many mistakes that are so easily corrected, that’ll leave not a trace of a hangover in skin sight! 👇🏼

1. Don’t skip your skincare routine after a late night….I know it’s tempting, but you’ll pay for it in the morning!

2. Apply products to damp skin, this is aid absorption and get the those out of their promises!

3. Alternate your drinks with a glass of water…thank me later 😜

4. Make sure you’re using the correct products for your skin. Using products that are too strong can damage your skin and dehydrate!

5. Turn the heating down and put on a jumper! Heating dries out our skin, whenever necessary, keep those temperatures at a minimum.
