Today, I’m reflecting on the magnitude and sacredness of motherhood.
To my mom, thank you for the life you gave me, the sacrifices seen and unseen, and the parts of your love I understand more deeply now as a mother myself.
To my mother-in-law, thank you for raising the man I love and for the care, wisdom, and presence you bring into our family.
To my sister, watching you move through life and motherhood in your own way continues to remind me of the strength and depth women carry so naturally.
And to my girls… thank you for choosing me.
There is no title more humbling, stretching, healing, or soul-opening than being your mother. You have become some of my greatest mirrors, teachers, and reminders of what truly matters. Through you, I’ve learned that motherhood is not about perfection — it’s about presence. It’s about returning again and again to love.
Over the past year, my spiritual journey has deepened in ways I never expected. I’ve been learning how to slow down enough to hear myself, clear the noise, trust my intuition, soften old patterns, and remember who I am beneath all the roles I’ve carried. And through that process, motherhood itself has become one of my greatest spiritual practices.
It has taught me surrender.
It has taught me nervous system regulation in moments of chaos.
It has taught me unconditional love, reflection, patience, repair, grounding, and grace.
It has shown me where I still need healing and where my heart is expanding beyond what I thought possible.
The women in my life have helped shape me, hold me, and guide me through every version of myself. Today I honor the lineage of women before me, beside me, and after me. The nurturers. The protectors. The cycle breakers. The ones learning to mother themselves while mothering others.
There is so much power in feminine energy when it is rooted in love, truth, intuition, softness, wisdom, and authenticity.
Today I feel immense gratitude for all the women who bring joy, purpose, depth, and meaning into my life.
