Ok, thinking of offering a special Summer promotion to the first deal that goes into escrow, before I leave 4 vacation in September- but what would be really meaningful to buyers/sellers as a gift- any thoughts?...

I've been m.i.a. all week- between real estate & planning a (much-needed) vacation- it's been intense! After (literally) about 40+ hours of planning, (now I can see how travel agents still remin employed!) we have flights booked to 6 diff countries. Anyone know of must do's in Rome, Barcelona, Paris, the Alps, or??.....
