3️⃣ weeks down!

Started feeling homesick a bit this week. Missing Prince, my mom, and the important people in my life. I really miss cooking my own food! The hotel I’m in is limited to a microwave 😩😂 the irony in that is actually hilarious (iykyk) BUT I am having a good time getting to know the cast & crew of this new show! & exploring Atlanta has been fun! Planning on doing a vlog as a traveling stylist so stayed tuned 💜

Process:

I wet the hair down and applied curl cream & section by section. Used the supersonic blow dryer with diffuser attachment to dry. I then went in with a small tapered curling iron by amika to define any irregular pieces. Once that was done I sprayed her hair with full volume blast and backcombed the crown at the root ONLY, using a blue teasing comb to break it up as I went. Then, I started twisting the top sections back, pinning near her parietal ridge. To get the back of her hair up I twisted the entire nape area, and then just scooped any remaining hair that was hanging into the bun. Sounds like a lot but the prices was actually pretty easy and the look ended ip looking was more intricate than it was 😍😍
