No one has to use this stuff! There are other options of oils to use that won't kill you slowly. Olive, Coconut, Almond, Grapeseed, Palm -- I could go on and on. Stop using this Pam crap and any canola oils that are totally GMO.

Powdered (Raw) Red Quinoa: Grind uncooked red quinoa in a seed/coffee bean grinder and add this superfood to your smoothies or even muffin batter. Quinoa is referred to as a grain, but it is a seed (raw/uncooked quinoa has a shell that protects it). The raw seeds must be cracked to benefit from all the nutrients. I use a coffee grinder to make it powdered and add 3 tbsp to my smoothies (32oz). Benefits: Rich in Protein, Iron, Fiber, Iysine (tissue growth & repair), B2, Manganese.

A Must-Have of mine! In my home coconut oil works as a hair & skin moisturizer (great anti-wrinkle regime -start young! lol), makeup remover, cooking, in smoothies for good fats and it's beneficial balancing nutrients is great for so many! Throw a teaspoon in a smoothie everyday. Make sure it's unrefined and organic coconut oil! I usually buy it from the farmers market, but this will do for now. Yum.

Picked Kumquats yesterday - sweet and sour goodness. These are native to China and are also called "golden oranges". An excellent source of iron, potassium and copper. Anti-cancer agents and flavonoids such as: carotenoids, lutein, tannins and zeaxanthin.
