{Massage Monday} It's been said that a 60 minute massage therapy session can be likened to a good 6-8 hours of sleep. And while I wish that a massage could replace a full night's rest, the equivalent effects are far more subtle.
Rather than replacing a full night's sleep, a massage therapy session induces many beneficial physiologic responses that, in turn, provide the body with sustained relaxation, repair, and rejuvenation. Learn more in this weeks newsletter!

If you'd like to squeeze one more session in there before my time time there comes to an end at the end of the month, let me know. {Massage Monday} Day in and day out, you're putting your body through the rigors of daily life. Whether it's work, family life, chores, or even sitting for extended periods of time, your body is learning the patterns, behaviors, and actions you're putting it through. This is why after you sit for a long day at the desk, say for hours at a time, your tight hip flexors are likely to resist standing up straight they've been shortened for hours. Learn more in this week's newsletter!
