Maybe you noticed... I have a lot going on. The number one thing people say to me in a message is “I know you’re really busy, but...” - remember that for a minute.

I coach my team and myself to tap into a bigger purpose or vision with business. Yeah... I sell makeup. But selling makeup is exhausting and no one really wants to sell makeup. Well, few people write down “I want to be in sales” on their first grade “what do you want to be when you grow up” paper.

So tap into a bigger vision and purpose and use whatever your business is to find and connect and inspire the greater good. Sounds simple and fulfilling... but it’s so complicated.

It’s complicated for many reasons, but probably the number one reason it’s complicated is because of fear. Big vision is scary and p***c big vision is terrifying.

Do you want to know what scares me the most about what I do?

I’m going to assume the answer is yes, since you’re still reading. 😂

It’s the fear of humiliation and judgement by others. Sometimes I look at who is following me and wonder if I’m being mocked or laughed at. I mean, sometimes I shave my face on live video or talk about how I pooped on a mountain or show off my innate skills at getting lipstick on my teeth. I’ve stopped myself from sharing and posting many times to protect myself from other people’s judgements.

I wonder if people care, if they are listening, if they are laughing with me or laughing at me... if they think this vision Talk is a bunch of crap to just sell makeup. I imagine people are forever saying “who does she think she is?” Or “she’s just trying to sell me something.”

We can all get stuck in that talk or mindset... it keeps us small and comfortable because really getting big with a vision comes with a world full of opinions and questions.

I’m discussing this today because I know how you feel. I know you’re not a sales person and I know that navigating a greater cause than sales is a real mind fuuuuuuuu.. (ugh, Grandma is reading)... it’s a real humdinger.

But you have to know what’s on the other side of fear...

On the other side of fear is where your vision actually lies... you can’t see it with fear in the way.

On the other side of fear is the capability to have a clearer understanding of how to run your business, what counts, what matters, and what to do next.

Fear causes you to spin your wheels. Action creates success... success inspires vision... inspired vision instills confidence.

Confidence doesn’t come first for anyone. You have to create that!

So, my friends... as vision gets clearer so does the ability to be less busy with the things that don’t matter and don’t contribute to your vision.

So yes... I know I look busy and like I have far more to do than answer your question. But chances are your message is probably directly related to that greater good and I would have no better way to spend my time. Plus, yesterday I spent my time with lipstick on my teeth... I mean... I have time to spare. 😂😂😂
