Ibinunyag ni dating Senador Antonio Trillanes na ginagamit umano ni dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) na pinamumunuan ni Pastor Apollo Quiboloy upang itago ang yaman nito sa publiko.

Sa panayam ni Karen Davila, sinabi ni Trillanes na napansin nila na mas madalas pa umanong gamitin ni Duterte ang mga pribadong jet at helicopter na nakadeklarang pagmamay-ari ni Quiboloy.

"Ang na-uncover namin, yung mga private jet or helicopter na binibili ni Quiboloy, sa kanya 'yun, kay Duterte," ani Trillanes.

"Bakit ko nasabi? Kasi kung titignan mo, mas madalas pa siyang gumamit kaysa sa true owner, kay Quiboloy," dagdag pa niya.

Tinawag din ni Trillanes na money-laundering machine ni Duterte si Quiboloy dahil sa napo-protektahan ang pastor ng KOJC.

Naniniwala din si Trillanes na hindi kakayanin ng KOJC na magkaipon ng pambili ng mga jet at private helicopters kung titignan ang dami ng miyembro nito.

Bicol Saro party-list Rep. Terry Ridon criticized the explanation given by lawyer Michael Poa regarding the Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN) of Vice President Sara Duterte amid the ongoing impeachment proceedings.

Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla said there is “no such thing as inhibition” in corruption cases, opposing the request of the camp of former Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez for the Office to inhibit from a possible preliminary investigation. The Office of the Ombudsman has asked the Sandiganbayan to issue a precautionary hold departure order (PHDO) against Senator Francis Escudero in connection with an ongoing investigation.

Escudero is currently facing allegations involving plunder, graft, and bribery. The request seeks to restrict his ability to leave the country while authorities continue their probe.

As of now, the Sandiganbayan has yet to rule on the Ombudsman’s application.
