So everyone has been talking about Chloe Bailey as The Little Mermaid. Kids wants to be able to see themselves, on screen, as for as long as I can remember, Disney has forever portrayed Caucasian actors, actresses, and entertainers has been viewed across the world as the Main Characters or Headliner. My 8 year old daughter painted a picture of Princess Jasmine a few years ago, although has watched the movie Aladdin many times, the movie depicts Jasmin as a highly fair skin Princess, when actually Arabia which is now Saudi Arabia is where she is from. Which are primarily dark skinned people I think. I could be wrong but this is Just my opinion.
