Meet my Creamy Dill Pickle Protein Dip — tangy, savory, and seriously addictive! 🥒✨
Ingredients:
16 oz light sour cream (or Greek yogurt for extra protein)
1 oz ranch dressing mix
¼ cup finely chopped dill pickles
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Mix everything together until creamy and smooth. Let it chill in the fridge for a few hours (or overnight) so the flavors come alive.

The “Strawberry Cheesecake Protein WHIP”
Add ½ cup cold Greek yogurt, ½ scoop vanilla protein, ½ tbsp sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix, and 1 tbsp crushed strawberries to a bowl.
Now whisk FAST (or shake in a jar) for 30–40 seconds until it triples in volume and turns into a fluffy, airy whip.
Let it sit 2 minutes — it thickens into a creamy cheesecake mousse cloud.

Stir-fried Shrimp with Snow Peas and Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients:
Shrimp, peeled and deveined
Snow peas, trimmed
Mushrooms, sliced
Garlic, minced
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking oil
Instructions:
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add garlic and mushrooms to the pan, cook until mushrooms are softened.
Add snow peas and cook for 1-2 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
Return shrimp to pan and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot over rice

My favorite way to make Brussels sprouts...marinated overnight! In a gallon size zip bag combine juice of 1 lemon, 1 T olive oil, pepper, paprika and garlic salt. Add in Brussels (cut in half or quartered), seal bag and toss around until well coated. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to roast, preheat oven to 400, place Brussels on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. Feel free to eat the entire pan, they are that good!

Hearty Veggie Rolls with Peanut Sauce 🥗🥜🌿
Ingredients:
- 8 rice paper wrappers
- 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- Fresh mint and cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Directions:
1. Prepare all the veggies and arrange them on a plate for easy assembly.
2. Dip a rice paper wrapper in warm water for 10 seconds, then lay it flat on a clean surface.
3. Arrange the veggies, avocado, mint, and cilantro in the center. Roll tightly like a burrito. Repeat with remaining wrappers.
4. For the peanut dipping sauce, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and maple syrup until smooth. Add water to thin if necessary.
5. Serve the spring rolls with the peanut dipping sauce.
