Short upper body workout for women 🤍
Warm-up:
- Arm circles: 1 minute
- Shoulder rolls: 1 minute
- Neck stretches: 30 seconds each side
Main Workout:
- Push-ups (modified or regular): 3 sets of 8-12 reps
- Dumbbell shoulder press: 3 sets of 10 reps
- Bent-over dumbbell rows: 3 sets of 10 reps
- Dumbbell bicep curls: 3 sets of 10 reps
- Tricep dips (using a chair or bench): 3 sets of 10 reps
Cool-down:
- Chest stretch: Hold for 30 seconds
- Shoulder stretch: Hold for 30 seconds each side
- Tricep stretch: Hold for 30 seconds each side
🔥 Remember to choose weights that challenge you but still allow you to maintain proper form throughout the exercises. And always listen to your body, taking breaks as needed 🫵🏻

Starting new video concept with 🫡
First video and already got some great footage! We did a few challenges that tested our strength, endurance and flexibility.
But you know what?? It got even more interesting after we decided hey let’s do some dashes too! So guess what happened on our second try? We got injured. Both. At the same time! Felt like razor went through my hamstring. Can’t wait to see the final video! 😬 Will keep you updated when the video is gonna be on my YouTube 🫶🏻 peace
