I always say my most difficult client is 😉 but she is also so fun to dress. I had to pull some outfits for her so I popped into Zara.

If only I could put together a competition. Who could shop the most outfits in 5 mins? I think I would win 😆 this is how I shop…

I stand in the long line to return something and I look over the entire store, I build the outfits in my mind and then I ask the person to hold my spot because I am “just grabbing 1 thing”. I run around the store and before the line moves my arms are stacked full! 🤦‍♀️

I have been taking to see since she was 8 years old. She came home from 1st grade singing “you don’t know you’re beautiful” and I had to Google this song to find out more. From the moment she watched the music video, she has been a fan and endured many teasing moments at school.

Today Mr. styles is a mega ⭐️ and all those that teased her I am sure we’re at that concert 😆

It has been such a joy and privilege to watch her devotion over all these years. I am thrilled she picked such a respectful & kind ⭐️ to follow.

I hope to jump up and down with you for many years to come and I promise one day we will go to the pit 🥰

One night I was in Zara pulling for a client and I texted Kate a photo of this sequined skirt. I told her to wear it with a bright top!

Here is a little photo. I too have the same skirt but unfortunately I don’t look as cute. Still looking for the perfect black knee high boots to go with them.

Ps. You should always have something with sequins in your closet. You never know when you need to “glitter” ✨

Some think it’s overrated, others don’t care, but why do I care so deeply about your style?

You see, style impacts our self-perception, how other people perceive us, our mood, and our confidence.

If you were to perceive yourself as an unstoppable force,then you are able manifest the life of your dreams.

If others perceive you as aspirational and successful, then that would lead to a whole world of new opportunities.

If your mood improves because of your style, then you have increased happiness which leads to better interpersonal relationships.

And if your confidence is increased, the whole freaking game would change for you.

So you see…style matters and it has a massive impact on your life. 💥

𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙞𝙨 45! 𝘼 𝙔𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣

First and foremost, thank you for all of your birthday wishes. 🎁

I'm embracing Botox and Restylane as I complete another lap around the sun 😝 but despite the fact that I love the results, I do question my motives. Why do we associate the early signs of aging with such negative connotations, and why do we have such a negative relationship with aging?

I know that aging is a blessing since we are constantly reminded that not everyone is blessed to grow old on planet earth 🌍 however, I continue to fight it and cling on to my youthful vigor.

I am reminded by the powerful quote by Barry Gibb, “You see, nothing is real. It's all a matter of our perception”. As strange as it may sound, I believe that is how we should think about aging.

These days, age is quite subjective. Just because I've traveled 45 times around the ☀️ doesn't mean I have to appear or act my age. It all depends on your perspective. Most people nowadays appear to be aging backwards. More 50-year-olds are in the best shape of their lives, and more 60-year-olds are finally living their best lives.

At 45 I still like to be silly and ridiculous at times, you will find me dancing whenever I get the chance, and I still enjoy staying up past midnight. I still feel 27!

Too often, I observe men and women in their "middle age" lose interest in themselves. They stop dreaming. Why? Perhaps we are more "experienced," but that does not imply that we are old or irrelevant.

Take a look at Jennifer Lopez, who is 50 years old and radiant. Jane Fonda is 80 years old! George Clooney is 60 and just had kids. Hello, they still exude youth and longevity.

So join me as we defy the feeling of “old”, keep dreaming, be silly, wear your mini skirts (just add some tights ☺️), wear your ripped jeans and remember you are only as old as you feel.
