"Stickies" are when two or more 😱lashes get stuck together before the glue has finished drying. They can be damaging to our natural lashes because just like us, each lash has their own growth stage. In the event that two get stuck together, the faster growing lash can break off the other lash(es) under tension, break itself from the extra weight, or pull the slower growing lash from the follicle which can take a longer time to regrow.

I always try to prevent stickies by ensuring proper isolation of the natural lash!!! I also allow a few extra seconds of isolated drying time before moving to another lash to prevent them from drying together. A final check through at the end of the session to try to separate any stickies can also make a huge difference in the health of our natural lashes 🖤.
