Yesterday, after a trip to the farmers market, my amazing friend Wendy pulled together this beautiful spread in just minutes. I was so impressed - not just with how gorgeous it looked, but with how simple she made it seem!

Meal prep mindset = success! 💪🍍🍤

So many women in midlife think they’re failing at weight loss…
when in reality, their body is changing.
Weight loss resistance is REAL - and it becomes much more common after menopause.
You may be:
✨ Eating healthy
✨ Exercising consistently
✨ Drinking your water
✨ Tracking your food
…yet the scale barely moves.
That does NOT mean you’re lazy or lacking discipline.
Post-menopausal women are dealing with:
✔️ Hormonal shifts

✔️ Loss of muscle mass

Three women. Three batons. One big, beautiful YES to joy.
This Sunday… we’ll step into the parade and do something we love—twirling like little girls again, but with the confidence of women who have lived a whole lot of life.
And here’s what we’re not bringing with us:
❌ “Am I too old for this?”
❌ “What will people think?”
❌ “Maybe I should sit this one out…”
Nope. Not this time.
We’re bringing joy.
We’re bringing courage.
We’re bringing the reminder that age doesn’t disqualify you… it qualifies you.
Because somewhere along the way, too many women start letting their age make decisions for them.
Not us.
This Sunday, we’ll be out there spinning, smiling, and soaking it all in—proof that you are NEVER too old to do what you love 💫
