A little dimension drop with a touch of stalkerish behavior for
I love to do something a little bolder before we get back into full spring bright blonde mode, and adding some intensity to her hair was just what the doctor ordered!

"This is my favorite, for real this time!", Alyssa at every appointment 😂. We spent years doing lived in balayage to accommodate a lower maintenance appointment schedule. This last year we started doing more frequent appointments and started playing with richer copper tones and adding more depth to her root (something that wouldn't have worked when spacing out appointments). Yesterday we decided to go a little bolder and did a rich warm brunette base into a wine toned color melt and we are obsessed.
Formula: 🎨
Root: Mask w/ Vibrachrome 20g 4.0, 10g 4.14 w/ 10 volume
Mids to ends: Mask w/ Vibrachrome 15g 5.56, 5g 4.22, 5g 6.22 w/ 2x 5 volume

Want to be blonde, but need lower maintenance to keep up with grey coverage? I created this easy lived in dimension for Kelsey by adding some bold brightness around the face with some more blended lightness throughout. The best part? We only highlight about twice a year, keeping things blended into her natural brunette base makes for an easy grow out and we NEVER see a line of demarcation!

"I trust you" the words I absolutely needed to hear when I heard them last night. and I have been color blocking out her fringe for months now, but it really needed a little ✨something. (Swipe for previous) We have been lightening through years of dark permanent base color, which means the process to get to the perfect blonde was dictated by her hair. Last night I thought to myself "Why am I fighting so hard for this when I honestly think a copper would be more beautiful?". I am so grateful she let me try it because it made her skin and eyes SHINE! Always grateful when I am entrusted to do something fun and new with a clients look.

Hey friends! Some upcoming changes to my schedule and pricing! I will be slowly phasing out of working on Fridays. If you already have a Friday appointment booked, it won't be changing so don't panic. All services are increasing $10-15 beginning in July to reflect our new color cost increases. As always, I am the most grateful for every human that sits in my chair and helps make my salon so magical. Looking forward to another amazing year of 🖤🖤

We've been doing hair blonde as possible for as long as I've been her colorist. We switched it up by doing a dimension drop this last time. Focusing on only bold lowlights in a shade close to her natural color. Obsessed with the movement we were able to create by giving this look some new depth ribbons.

The perfect copper poppers ✨
Truly grateful for clients like this who let me do whatever I feel inspired to do during appointments. That level of trust is where the real magic happens.
