15 years went by too fast. Part of me is still in shock. I knew it was gonna be sad when his day came, obviously. But I was not prepared for how profound this pain was going to be!!!! He was the first non human entity that I’ve had a bond with. We literally grew grey hairs together. As tiny as he was, the absence of his big energy left such a big emptiness in our family and home. The silence is deafening. I knew I was gonna miss that incessant barking 🤦🏻‍♀️🥺 They really are the true definition of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE and i’m gonna deeply miss squeezing and kissing and biting his wittle squishy face. 😭 ughhhhhhh!! This is BS! 😮‍💨 But…….now that acceptance gets stronger everyday, I can start to look back and be grateful for those 15 years and all the great memories ❤️❤️ His last gift of love was bonding our family and making us stronger. He’s just dope that way. I miss you baby. To My Clients: Thank You, Thank You, Thank You for not being douches and letting me take the time off to get my s**t together. Your patience and understanding is more helpful than you know! Love you guys!! Happy Post-Mother’s Day week. Definitely going to stretch this out. 🤣 Being a Mom ain’t for the weak and emotionally unstable. 😩You don’t retire from this job until you’re dead. You’re gonna make a lot of mistakes along the way, your gonna have mom guilt and new found reasons to have anxiety. But in the end, if you truly tried your best, you’re most likely going to raise some good humans that contribute to the world instead of take from it. While learning from them too!
