i love to preach about self but today i am going to remind you of self-importance. As a mom, we take of the world around us. Wether we are taking care of the kids or taking care of our partners. Women tend to change with whatever curve ball that is thrown at them. We lose ourselves or we water ourselves down to the point we don't even know who we are anymore.

STOP DOING THAT.
Remember that you are a person too. You have need and wants if you do away with all of this needs, wants and goal. what did you really enjoy in this life?

Stop for a minute and say what do i really want in this life? Am I really fulfilling and maximizing the potential that god has given me? If you are not then WHY NOT ? WHAT IS STOPPING YOU FROM LIVING HOW AND THE WAY THAT YOU WANT?

When you think about self care, what do you think of? Do you think of spa days, beach days or just chillen at home? For me self care is emerging myself in myself.
What does that mean?

It means I take time for my self. I cater to myself. I nurture myself and I nurse myself. Honestly it doesn't matter what I looks like. It just matters if you take the time to preserve yourself and to keep yourself whole. So as my work week comes to a close. I like to reflect on all the things that occurred to me, around me and then some. I like to reflect on those moments that I was not my best self. I like to heal from my work week so I can be whole for the next week. I didn't do any affirmations today so I'll close this post with an affirmation
