1️⃣ Choose the right shades: You want to pick shades that perfectly match your skin tone and enhance your features. Go for a darker shade to define those cheekbones and jawline, and a lighter shade to highlight your forehead, under your eyes, and all the high points of your face that you wanna bring forward!
2️⃣ Next up, strategic placement is key! Place that darker shade in the hollows of your cheeks, along your hairline, and under your jawline to create some depth and dimension, girl. And for the lighter shade, don't be afraid to slather it on those high points of your face to make them pop like crazy!
3️⃣ Blend, blend, blend: This is the most important step! Use a blending brush or sponge to blend the shades seamlessly into your skin. Make sure there are no harsh lines or patches, and everything looks natural.
Whether you're aiming for a subtle, everyday glow or a bold, dramatic effect, mastering the art of contouring can take your makeup game to the next level.
