“Natural Blonde” but with a few foils ;)

Hi!! This is me + my husband !!
I’ve been an AglaiaGirl since graduating hair school and behind the chair for about 4 years now!
Some fun facts about us you may not know!! So mostly him so I don’t have to talk about me.

1. My first actual conversation with zack was in my chair at the salon. I cut his hair and he couldn’t help but ask me out ;)
2. Zack is probably more fashionable than me
3. We both do youth ministry at our church and Zack is our amazing intern director he is incredible
4. Zack says I made him kiss me the first time. I say 🧢.
5. Our first date was shelby farms
6. When we got married Zack’s # for groomsmen he wanted was getting close to 20… we settled on 14
7. We went to Turks and Caicos for our honeymoon it was perfect. Celebrated our 1 year in Boston!
8. We are big taco people I don’t even know why.
9. Zack is the ultimate chocolate chip cookie chef
10. Zack tore his ACL in April and had surgery. He’s definitely has been a beast at recovery— it’s been long but he works hard
11. Zack is the most disciplined person I know
12. On Tuesday nights I meet with ladies for wife school accountability and he meets with guys for 4G accountability. they are sweet communities for us
13. He does more dishes than me
14. I sit in front of him on the ground while we are watching a movie and he already knows I want him to rub my back hahaha
15. He encourages me and hypes up all I do! He loves noticing I’ve done people’s hair and telling them how good it looks and then coming and telling me how good he thinks it looks. #1 hype man

— why the name change?
I’ve spent a lot of the past 5 years trying to mirror my career after some stylist I’ve loved and think so much of! Even my original name was just based off so many in the industry calling their page “hair by- their name”. This past year I’ve struggled with a lot of health issues— physically and mentally. And I was really anxious I wasn’t performing on social media how I “should”. With the ever changing platform and where I was personally I just couldn’t enjoy it. I’ve recently been feeling a lot better shoutout to Dr. Sullivan for helping me through my autoimmune issues!! And I’ve allowed myself some space to not be perfect on the gram haha. And while I was in colorado I came to the conclusion that the reason why I’m not super enjoying what I’m doing is because I’m comparing my journey in my career to everyone else’s. But I’m not just hairbyalliefaith. I’m a wife, i’m a youth leader and I’m super passionate about my students, I do more than just hair in the industry (if only I had money for everytime someone was like “oh wait you do makeup?”), I take pictures and make videos sometimes, I like a good house project, I design tshirts and graphics, give me something to revamp and I got you, I love fashion and thrifting, when I get bored I teach myself how to make Instagram filters or how to use premiere or spray tan machine, and I’m constantly looking to expand myself creatively. So I decided to put a twist on my Instagram name and shift my focus. Instead of trying to fit a full time stylist mold I want to accurately represent who I am and what I have to offer creatively. A lot and majority of my creativity weekly is hair. But not hair only. And on Wednesdays when I’m with our interns at church designing a sweatshirt or I am redoing my living room decor or building a photo backdrop or take some pictures of some friends— I want to celebrate that with you if you wanna follow along 🤍 I’m thankful for and and all my coworkers. They always encourage me, cheer me on, appreciate my creativity, and allow me to grow with them!!! I’m an forevaa :)
