Did you know that fruits and vegetables are not created equal?
In reality, the recommended breakdown is to eat 4 servings of vegetables and 1 serving of fruit per day.
Or, 3 servings of vegetables and 2 servings of fruit.
The reason is simple, the fruits contain sugar (although natural, so not as bad π) so you donβt want to consume too much. π€
And for those who arenβt sure, a serving of fruit or vegetable is equivalent to 100g. π
There you go, you know everything now!
