I have a few new friends on here so I want to let you know a little bit about what my page is all about.
I am so happy youâre heređ€ Hope to inspire youâŠ.
I help women feel their best with at home workouts. I found that accountability and community was one of the main keys to staying accountable to my very health and fitness so I decided to help women like me.
If youâre tired of the guessing game when it comes to your workouts and nutrition, if youâre ready for real results I am just a DM away. Would love to chat and let you know what it is that I offerâŠ

I want to share my latest transformation since my hysterectomy earlier this year.
I havenât even lost any weight which is my goal because I have â€ïž disease and ideally I need to be less but with menopause itâs been hard. Showing up despite all the things and letting my body do what it needs to do to be strong and healthy. Not mad about it đ.
Hope to inspire you to show up if you some how lost your mojo. Itâs ok we all do itâs life , important things is that we get right back up and go for it. Even if it takes a million times over.
Always here to chat if you need anything.

October is around the corner and it is hard for me to believe that I have actually stuck with something for so long.
October will mark 5 years of starting my health and fitness journey taking care of my body after being diagnosed with heart disease. It hasnât always been easy especially at first . Took me 3 months to go full on and start my very first program.Got myself prepared in October because come that January I was going in full force. YES! Should have just dove right in looking back but the truth was I had no energy with all the meds I was on. So I had to start little by little and so proud I did just that. I just had to start my way but not just say I was hiit to do it and never do anything. I would never be where I am now.
What is going to make this October special again in my journey is that this time I have so much more to offer my customer/coaches and myself. I want to keep implementing with whatever else I can do and keep pushing myself to better myself. Can only imagine taking it to the next level and not quitting . So powerful. I have done it before and I canât stop now. Did not come this far to come this far.
Once you start seeing results you are pretty much unstoppable.
October is literally right around the corner letâs get you set up, whether youâre ready to start your journey or you are ready to help me get other ladies started and take your fitness to another level with your own home wellness business. See no better accountability than leading others. Iâm here to help you get started any which way you choose.
Send me a DM and allow me to share details with you.
