I’ve known this cutie since she was 15 years old, and she’s always been one of my favorite faces to paint. We always have the best time together, so when she asked me to do her wedding makeup, there was absolutely no way I could say no! 🥹

These brows are a perfect example of why starting over is sometimes the only way forward! 🤍

This beauty came in with an old powder brow (done by another artist) that had healed solid and ashy. Her goal was natural, soft, realistic hair strokes. That is simply not possible on top of dense, oversaturated pigment. No amount of skill or technique can create true hair strokes over a solid base.

We chose laser removal first. She needed three sessions, and it completely cleared the old pigment. No lingering ashiness. No limitations. That clean canvas allowed us to rebuild her brows from scratch and create something natural, dimensional, and timeless.

This is the part I always want clients to understand. Continuing to touch up old, solid brows only adds more pigment to skin that is already saturated. Over time, brows become darker, flatter, and more ashy. I currently have several clients who are 6 or more laser sessions in because they kept adding color instead of removing it earlier. Eventually, removal becomes unavoidable and the process takes much longer.

If your brows are solid and ashy and your goal is natural, starting fresh is not a setback. It is the smartest path forward. Laser removal gives you options! When the canvas is clean, the options are endless.
