Guide me, Lord

How can we know and obey the will of God for our lives? It will not happen if we are conformed to the ways of this world. But we must be transformed within, that that change may have its visible outward effects. And that transformation is by what? by the renewing of our minds, through conformity to the Word of God.

The life of a Christian is a life of total selflessness. When we give we are not to give with a stingy heart, expecting to receive something in return. This is the same attitude Christ had for us. Christ didn't come for us so that we could give Him something for his benefit. What can one give the King of Kings that He doesn't have already? Nothing. This is why we are to only love God back, through our words, our thoughts, and our actions towards His children

Psalm 119:105

Let’s pray June 9, 2026

John chapter 8 is a very unusual and startling chapter. Here in verse 30, many are said to have "believed on him. " But yet, he immediately says that only if they continue in his word are they truly his disciples. (verse 31) By the end of the chapter, Jesus has called many of them children of the Devil and they have taken up stones to stone him, but could not because his hour had not yet come.
