Peppermint oil was really that first oil that helped me believe that all of this essential oil stuff wasn't just a placebo effect they actually work!

I was on my way home from a trip in Louisiana and I had such bad nausea and a stomach ache that I couldn't shake. Now normally I would just let it hurt all day and be miserable but a friend gave me some peppermint oil to rub on my belly and press to the roof of my mouth **DISCLAIMER** do NOT internally ingest just any "essential oil"- DoTERRA is Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade which makes them safe and effective (more on that to come later). Within about a half an hour all of my discomfort was gone and I felt great much to my surprise.

Peppermint is by far my favorite and most used oil. I don't leave home without it! There are so many different uses and always comes in handy when in a pinch.
