The cozy salon was clean and well-appointed, and the whole team worked together to provide a seamless experience. Kyilah was an excellent stylist who took ample time to understand my vision, preferences, and hair history, and she made great suggestions to adapt my requested cut to suit my lifestyle and facial structure. I literally squealed with delight when I saw the final result! I especially appreciated her willingness to teach me more about caring for my hair type and how to maintain the new look, talking me through each tool, product, and step along the way. I also appreciated the added touches that made the experience feel more luxurious, from the initial offer of a beverage and chocolate to the scalp and neck massage to the post-cut blowout. While pricier than I normally spend on haircuts, it was worth the investment to feel like I was heard, receive expert advice, and leave feeling confident. I will be a return client for sure!”
