Whose been in the Buisness of hair for 2 1/2 decades and has been thru shifts , changes ,
Ups , downs, clientele transformations , relocating, hiatus's etc

Alllll the things that make up a truly seasoned professional. I feel I have the Pedigree, papers, skill set, experience, knowledge to express my feelings about these " new poor" practices in our Beauty Industry. I'm also speaking on the Buusness side as well and by that I mean the Speaking gurus and the motivational conferences to help new beauty professionals boost their buisness. I just don't get it . Nor do I want to.

Public/ Consumer / Clients
You have settled for less , paid more , waited longer, acquired more hair issues, and recieved sub par service based on followers ( which you are) and feather , grass wall adored Beauty shops . So much so that you are unable to recognize true service and luxury treatment as well as how true healthy hair with Ehical practices, great stress free non dramatic environments look like.

Industry professionals
When are we gonna stop the actual chatter, the seminars that are but a temporary high, but boosts your personal platforms and virtually are unapproachable after the high wears down then it's back to usual . The real change is within ourselves and that client who you are not taking shortcuts on and telling them to come shampooed , towel dried, prepped for your less than stellar , non lasting quick fix of a service to boomerang final looks.

What are we selling here? Where are we?

Yes she loves her new Color!! No more Gray hair.. for now!!
