It has been a while since I have posted. I will share later. This was delicious. The best falafel and pitta bread sticks I have eaten. Everything was fresh, clean and nicely seasoned.

Garlic sautéed spinach, potato fried, and tossed mixed vegetables salad. Salad dressing is made with lemon juice,vegan worcester sauce, coconut aminos with spices garlic and onion powder, white powder, Italian seasoning and fresh chopped cilantro.

My first time making Raw oatmeal cookies. Two types both have dates (a sweetener), raw organic pecan and walnuts, pumpkin spice, and vanilla bean. I soak my nuts for eight hours. The dates are soaked for four hours, then I used the date water to soak the roll oats. Once all the ingredients are soaked I blended the dates into a paste. I combined the nuts, dates paste, vanilla bean and drained off water roll oats. Note no oil!!! I AM working on reducing my oil intake.

An vegan dinner oyster mushroom with sauce, avocado toss salad, salad dressing homemade balsamic vinegar mixed with avocado oil, herb and spices. Served with broccoli and corn on the cob. Mmm so good.

It is sad what we all have watched throughout the world on the video/live. It is sad and heartbreaking. It is emotional and beyond comprehension. We watched an inhuman action take place. There is no doubt what we saw. What we have to keep in mind that we have to deal in non-violence. Do not tarnish his death with mayhem. And do not give them any reason to justify any unjustifiable acts against you. This is for all those that are out there doing other than peaceful protesting.

Black beans soup made with matcha, mixed seasoning and blended cooked cauliflower and some of the black beans. Served with the rest of the black beans, oyster mushroom and side with sweet corn. Sprinkle with dry cilantro, sweet red pepper, and scallion.
