Although water & Oil alone are not enough , you will need to remember to be consistent with some sort of hair routine. Just as you & your skin get dry & dehydrated so can your hair 😩!!
However there are steps you can take before dealing with breakage of any form . I always recommend a Light leave in conditioning spray or even deep conditioning at the bowl but whatever your scalp is letting you know you need , Please don’t neglect it !!! The biggest misconception within the is that oil , water and doing nothing at all go along way , but in fact a healthy hair regimen and mindfulness go even further 💫!!
