Last fall I stocked up and bought five pumpkin spice flavored formula ones. I’m down to my last two. Thank goodness I bought as many as I did because pumpkin spice is my absolute favorite flavor!

✨DR sun just hits different✨
This is a throwback to the last real vacation I went on. When the outside opens again, I will definitely be planning a trip to someplace warm and sunny!
Seasonal depression is a real thing, and these days with less sun can actually affect more than just your mood. Why not do something today that will help keep you on the healthier side of things. For me working out is that outlet. Love the feeling I get once I’ve completed a good set.

In order for us to grow, we must first acknowledge the fact that there is a need fo change. If we’re not challenged to be the best version of ourselves, then we’ll forever be a spectator in our own lives.
Every new step in life will have its own obstacles. And with every obstacle is the opportunity for change. What we do, and how we handle those obstacles will be the true measure of our growth (physically,mentally, and spiritually)
Don’t just let life happen to you, take hold of it, and make it as beautiful as you want it to be.

**Blocking out the negative, letting in the positive**
Haven’t really been feeling myself lately, and that’s ok. We all go through moments in life that can take us out for a bit. They key is not to unpack and live there.
Change is a choice. Yes there can be things in our lives that change and are out of our control, but you are always in control of how you let it affect you. Choosing to take action, choosing to do something different so you’re not feeling stuck.
The definition of insanity is repeating the same actions and expecting differ t results. If you want your situation to change, you need to do something about it (easier said than done, right?) not saying it will be easy, but it is possible!
Today I choose positivity. Not allowing my mind to take my emotions to a place they don’t belong. It’s ok to have your moments (believe me I indulge in mine often 😉) I’m just saying today, yeah I don’t know her!

✨Happy Monday✨
What do you see when you look in the mirror? (I know, I know, the mirror is to the side of me, but you get the idea). See these last few weeks I’ve reflected back on choices and desvío s I’ve made that brought me to where I am today. And then I started thinking of what I want my next year to look@like and what choices and ediciones I would have to make to make that happen
To be honest Herbalife kind of fell into my lap. There was a goal, and incentive, and all the tools and support I needed. But this time around, it’s a choice. I’m choosing to set my own personal goals. I’m choosing to remain discipline, incentive or not. I’ve made the choice that this time my drive will have purpose and I will be stronger than my excuses, so when I look at my reflection I can say I really put my heart into it.
So look again, what do you see when you look in the mirror? Or better yet, what do you want to see? For me, it’s determination, it’s heart, it’s resilience, and it’s a willingness to put in the effort it takes to crush my goals!

🎉 It’s FriYAY!!!! 🎉
It’s the first day of a new year, and what better way to kick things off than with a full b***y workout!
I know so many ended the year with killer workouts. I on the other hand took a much needed day off, so now I am rested and ready to go!!!!

Side note, my arm is hurting a bit after yesterday’s vaccine, but I’m taking an aspirin and pushing through (usually have a sore arm with the flu shot too, so nothing to fret about 😉)

👉🏼Throwback Thursday👉🏼
The pics to the right were me in 2013. I know those pics look amazing, but hear me out. I was probably the most miserable I could have ever been mentally. I starved myself and worked out 7-8 times a week (two a days on the weekends). I never let myself have a “cheat meal” and I was obsessed with the number in the scale. I went from a size 12 to a size 0 in about two months. And somehow I thought this was a good thing. Some people would tell me I was getting to skinny, but I would just think that they were jealous or trying to skinny shame me (I’m sorry, I now know you really cared). There was no end to it. I would set a goal weight, hit it, then set a lower weight and so on. I was eating healthy food, but I was definitely counting calories religiously.
After snapping myself out of what was clearly a bad situation, I inevitably gained all my weight back and then some. I was always afraid to start a new diet for fear that it might take me down a rabbit hole like last time.
Fast forward 👉🏼 2020
I am in a much better place! Spiritually, physically, and mentally! I found what I was missing, BALANCE! I had allowed my mind to bully my body into doing things I thought I needed to in order to feel good. Not anymore! I don’t deprive myself of anything I want, I give my self breaks and the necessary rests I need, and most importantly, I listen to my body, and treat it with love!
Being healthy does not = being skinny. It’s goes beyond the number on a scale, or the size of your clothing. It’s about nourishing your body, your mind and your soul. Taking care of you as a whole and making sure all of you is ok otherwise none of you is ok (if that make sense, lol)

It’s the last Monday of the year, and as everyone starts to reflect on the years past, I just want to remind you that no matter what happened this year, you are still here, you are still standing, and you are stronger than you ever thought possible!
This year has been tough on so many of us for so many reasons, (myself included 😔), but instead of dwelling on all the negative, I want to encourage you all to pick at least one positive and reflect on how it helped you to get through your challenges (easier said than done, I know I know).
Getting through this year alone is a huge accomplishment. We are all still struggling and coping with so much, but at least taking 5 minutes a day to reflect on a positive thought from the day/week/month/ or year, and maybe, just maybe it will help us to see ourselves with the true strength we really have 💪🏼

Welcome to my usual hang out spot after a B***y workout, “ El Piso” 😂
Fr fr though, it takes me a minute to get up after the Build A B***y ASAP workouts. Each round takes it up a notch and I am super grateful for these live zooms
With everything going on these days, at home workout is my only option. Sometimes it’s hard to stay motivated, and getting up early on a Saturday to workout is definitely a struggle at times. But knowing I’ll have a group of women joining, pushing and encouraging one another helps keep me inspired.
Super grateful for these workouts that help me cope with my anxiety, and keep me moving and productive on days where I need it most.

Happy Friday!!!!!
Now that the cat (well, pup 😂 ) out of the bag, I can finally introduce you all to Coaco (not mine, I have my Bails)
She is a Lhassa-poo (Lhassa apso poodle mix), weighs a whole 5lbs, and is the sweetest little gem of a pup. Was holding her in my home until the big reveal and I fell in absolute love!!! (How could I not 🥺)
Hardest secret in my life to keep (and I sort of did 😉 🤫)
Everyone was so happy to finally meet her, even Bailey was excited to have a new pup cousin.

Monday, you are a 🍑!
Had a bit of a rough start to my week, but I couldn’t let the day go without sending positive vibes through my IG. The truth is not every day is always going to be met with positivity. It’s up to us to make the most out of our day. Despite the challenges, you still have the choice on what you will do with your time.
On my IG story I posted a quote I found on Pinterest saying everything is figureoutable and I thought it was so funny, and so relevant! Sometimes we can be we can feel that we are in such a rut. We can feel backed into a corner and stuck, but the truth is everything can be worked out. Everything in life can be figured out. I’ll admit some things easier than others, but still. If you continue to allow your circumstances to dictate your actions, then you’ll never move from where you are.
Keep going, and if you need help figuring it out, you know we’re to find me, hitting the Build a B***y ASAP zoom and growing this 🍑 😉
