The mini band walk is a great exercise that targets your hip abductors and your glutes, which allows for external rotation. This is an excellent corrective exercise that will help to improve your squats. Strengthening the hip external rotators improves stability and prevents injury in the hips, knees and ankles. Having strong external rotators can also reduce pain in the knee and back.

BALL WALL SQUATS
Ball Wall Squats are instrumental in developing great form when performing the squat. It allows your body to move through the correct motion while maintaining proper posture. Performing ball squats can greatly assist in strengthening muscles required to perform a regular or unassisted squat.

STRENGTHENING YOUR CORE WITH PLANKS
The PLANK is a stabilization exercise that require minimal movement and produces maximal results. This exercise should be performed 3 times (3 sets). Take a 30-60 second rest in between each set. Feel free to extend the time of your set as you progress through you fitness program. Being consistent with this exercise can help to improve your posture, burn calories and strengthen your core.
