I'm on a journey! My life has been a roller coaster 🎢. Lol 😂, I'm still standing mentally and physically, and that's a testament to the strength within me. We all face challenges that test our mental health, but with perseverance and faith in Christ, who can heal and restore what's broken, we can overcome trauma and anxiety.
