Bailey Sullivan is pursuing a lifelong passion for the beauty industry, grounded in connection, creativity, and self-expression. She graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a degree in Psychology and Communications, giving her a strong foundation in understanding people and building meaningful connections. Since the age of thirteen, Bailey has envisioned a career in beauty, and in 2025 she made the bold decision to leave her traditional 9–5 to fully commit to that calling. She is currently enrolled in esthetician school and set to graduate in April.

Bailey has worked as a makeup artist across runway shows, short films, photoshoots, weddings, and special events, collaborating with creatives to bring artistic visions to life while helping others feel confident and empowered. She is part of The Fashion Hub to continue learning, growing, and connecting with like-minded creatives within a community rooted in collaboration, creativity, and purpose.
