Today I reflect, on all that has taken place in the past year, the highest of highs and some really low lows.

Some major takeaways:

✨The lessons will continue to repeat themselves until we are ready to change

✨Courage is making decisions based on what will bring the most peace, not necessarily what is easy or feels good in the moment

✨Spontaneous solo concert trips are a good idea

✨I must accept the things cannot change and change the things I cannot accept

✨There is infinite magic behind choosing yourself

Please remember everything anyone posts was meant for you to see it, and behind every selfie, and post workout photo, there are likely 322 other ones no one will ever see

I am not going to sit here and say “ love your body”

What I will say is, please pause to think about

✨How your legs full of cellulite have taken you to every place you have ever seen, to every shoreline, every landmark, every night out with friends

all of the places you’ve ever seen of the places your legs with cellulite have taken you, the ocean, the landmarks,

✨How the scars you carry were weaved by circumstances that are unique to your single life experience

✨How your not toned enough arms, help you brush your teeth, sip lattes, carry puppies and allow you to embrace the things you love

✨ How you’re being heart, and the lungs filled with air in your chest, work so well that you rarely even notice them while they keep you alive

Today I said to myself…

I am sorry body, for every time I’ve called you fat, every time I’ve complained about your shape all your height, I apologize for every time I saw you as flawed, while looking at someone else’s shell I while I may very well not feel this way tomorrow morning, right now I just want to say THANK YOU

By far the year of most self-exploration, healing, curiosity to learn new ways of thinking, changing behavioral patters and making my peace and happiness a priority.

Cannot wait to continue this path, see what the future holds.

to make any shadow into eyeliner

1️⃣ Spritz setting spray onto fine liner brush
2️⃣ Dip wet brush into favorite eyeshadow
3️⃣ Repeat steps until brush is saturated but not too wet
4️⃣Apply and have fun!
