Smelling the aromatic scent of the Havana perfume bar, I see myself sitting on a colorful balcony watching the sunrise over Havana and witnessing as the city comes to life. When I smell the scent of lavender, I see myself strolling through the lavender fields in the Provence in France as my hands touch the top of the flowers while passing them. My mind wanders from my past to my future and comes back to the present moment, and I realize, I'm doing well. As I arrive back home, I unpack my bag and find a bundle of lavender flowers and I promise myself to smell it every time I feel like I lost my inner peace.
