**Needles Don’t Exist**

We have coined the phrase, “Needles Don’t Exist” to describe our pain free method of injecting Botox and fillers. I think the number one fear people have about these injectable cosmetic treatments is the needles. But here is why one does not need to fear them in our hands.

First, we select the smallest of small needles. A 32 guage insulin syringe is barely felt by most people. However, the technique of injection is also important. A manual distraction method tricks the brain, and a vibrating pencil tricks the pain fibers. Of course all of this would be wasted without also using a 5% lidocaine ointment to numb the local area as well.
