New labels , new feel .

3 new things I've been trying lately and why.
1)Taking a break! I never use to take a break and I found myself burning out and feeling exhausted for days sometimes weeks. So I started taking breaks in between work and learning when to close my computer for the night.
2)Knowing when to say NO!
It's ok to say NO. Always saying yes caused me to feel overwhelmed with the tasks which also contributed to the burnout I was having is my new favorite word.
Try it! Trust me it will make you feel good.
3) Living in the moment, sometimes we always working and grinding that we don't take the time to just sit back and enjoy the setting of the sun or watching the kids play in the backyard. So take time to live in the moment. Life is too short and we have only one life, so live it!
