TL-Mac Fitness is a Personal Training program that specializes in body toning, fitness and, weight loss.

Service fees: In-person in the gym, home (distance varies) and, Virtual training.

$40 ($50 as of 1/1/22) per session. Each session must be paid before the session. Cash/Zelle/Cashapp

Monthly package $400 includes meal plan (not prep). Also a couples plan is available if you and your partner is coming at the same time.

Meal plan without workout $25 a month.

MEAL PREP $150 a week or $500 a month This includes 4 meals a day. Made with all unique diet restrictions (Envious Creations)

TL-Mac Personal Training App: $75 month. Includes 4 plans to use either in the gym or home.

Boot Camps full family( Coming indoors in January): adults $25 :kids 12 -16 $10

Personal Group Boot Camp sessions at your location of choice $65 min depending on location and equipment that needs to be brought.

I havd not posted in here in a while but I'm just over 12 weeks post transplant. Thank you to everyone who supported me.

It's official. Monday February 3 I will have my kidney transplant.

I had a pretty amazing Saturday night but had to finish after our annual game night getting on the damn dialysis machine.

I am crying to the world for help. I would understand if I was fighting this fight for myself alone, yet I am not. I am a husband, father and a grandfather. I'm fighting this fight because so many people need and me and I need them. My students have cried when they found out I was sick. I'm sure they don't understand what Kidney Failure means but they do know they want Mr. McLean to stay at school with them. Please help me get a kidney. I am begging you for your help. Even if you can't give me. Kidney, someone you may know may want to help. I have O Negative Blood and as long as you are in the "O" family, you can possibly save my life. Terrence McLean

Most people don't understand why I am in so much pain or even understand what's going on with my kidneys. Well I have a disease called Polycystic kidney disease. This is when Cyst grow all over your kidneys until they no longer work. A normal kidney is the size of a fist. In my case, my kidneys are both the size of footballs. According to the test, my kidneys take up 65% of my insides. So when y'all say Twin got a big guy, know that's my kidneys. Anyway, please help me get a new kidney. The information is out there.
