During my decades with Wilhelmina Modeling Agency, I saw my gorgeous models look so confident as they strutted down the runway. The thing is, often when they were at the agency with no makeup, revealing natural blemishes and marks, their self-esteem suddenly dropped.

Marlene’s first step was to get certifications in esthetics, acne-care and LED Light Therapy. She then spent time working in a MedSpa to learn first-hand about the care process. At the same time she was researching the most up-to-date skincare science and formulations along with seasoned medical professionals. Next, Gleem Beauty was born.
