This Sunday we wanted to talk about mental health. Self-care is much more than just focusing on the physical, while it’s great to look and feel good it’s also important to focus on our mental state. Wether it’s taking a couple of minutes to breathe and slow down, unplugging from social media, yoga, or meditation are ways we can be present and in tune with our thoughts. If you’re ever feeling overwhelmed here is a breathing exercise to help you remain calm and in control of your emotions. Happy Sunday and remember to always make your mental health a priority!

Wow! This weekend flew by! It's our favorite day of the week self-care Sunday!

We know it can be hard to make time for yourself so do something to pamper yourself today. Lately, we've been loving bubble baths. It's a great way to unwind after a long day of work, kids, adulting, etc.
